Endocrine Surgery is a specialty which deals with complex endocrine disorders like thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, endocrine pancreatic, functional ovarian and testicular tumors. Diabetic foot related problems are also increasing like epidemic which is also dealt within this specialty. In India there are very few centers with structured training program to produce specialist surgeons in this field. With the increasing awareness of this specialty many more centers are expected to come up in the next few years.
